As I was mixing this seasoning blend up the other day, one of my piano students came for lessons. His first words were, “Mmmm. Your house smells so good!”
One of the simplest, crowd-pleasing, versatile, DELICIOUS meals to serve is a taco bar. Seasoned meat, tortillas, a bunch of chopped veggies, some cheese and sour cream, and if necessary, a few black olives. (Not my favourite, but my husband could eat an entire jar full.) 🙂
Making taco seasoning at home is simple. This recipe makes enough seasoning for 3 pounds of meat – using 2 tablespoons per pound. That’s enough for a pretty good sized crowd. 🙂
