- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup gluten free flour mix
- 5 Tbsp cocoa
- 7 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (if desired — and I always “desire” more chocolate!)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and prepare a round cake tin by buttering liberally
- Whisk together eggs and sugar, then stir in vanilla
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour mix and cocoa
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- Stir together the egg mixture and the dry ingredients until well-combined, then gently stir in the melted butter
- Pour into buttered pan and sprinkle with choccolate chips
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 25 minutes
