Everything you love in a Mounds Bar hiding in a decadent brownie.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour mix
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or coconut extract
- 4 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
- Coconut flakes for garnish, if desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Add eggs, oil and vanilla or coconut extract, stirring well. Then add the chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into a greased 8×8″ pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes
Notes
If using a dark pan, drop the oven temp to 325 and check at 22 minutes.
