Ingredients

1 quart milk (2% is my choice)
1/3 cup filmjölk (siggi’s brand)
Instructions
Combine the filmjölk and 2% milk in a quart canning jar. Cover, and leave at room temperature for about 24 hours. Stir and chill.
Serve with granola, muesli, as a base for smoothies, and in baked goods.
