- 5–6 tomatoes of various colours
- 1–2 jalapeños, ribs and seeds removed and finely diced
- A large bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 mango, diced
- 4–5 cloves roasted garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- A large pinch of salt
Instructions
- Dice tomatoes and allow to drip in a colander for a few minutes.
- In a medium sized bowl, gently stir all the ingredients together
- Test the salsa with the chips you are going to serve it with — some chips are super salty, so you don’t need to season as much
