Description

Use in exchange for flour in most baked goods – swap out cup for cup


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups tapioca flour
  • 2 cups brown rice flour
  • 2 cups sorghum flour
  • 8 tsp xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Whisk together thoroughly, and store in airtight container. Before using, whisk again if it looks like any settling has occured.
