Simple to adjust for groups large and small
Ingredients
- Country style pork ribs — plan on 1/2 pound per adult
- Montreal seasoning
- Barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminium foil
- Place ribs on the pan with a little space between each, then sprinkle generously with montreal seasoning, pressing into the meat
- Cover with another sheet of foil, sealing at the edges
- Bake for 2 1/2 hours
- Carefully remove top foil, and serve with bbq sauce
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 2 hours 30 minutes
